What Is Tuesday Nights..?
Hello. If you're reading this, it's because you're interested in what my upcoming mixtape "Tuesday Nights" really has to offer. Why is it called that? Well, inspired by my friend Keanu (he's the one who really tossed the title idea to me about 2 years ago, I've juggled it since) & it actually represents what me & a group of friends would all do on a Tuesday night: vibe out. Tuesday nights as hangout nights started in 2015, & to this day, is still a thing for us (when our lifestyles allow it to be.)
It's very simple, really. We would all link up, roll up, pop in a game of Super Smash Bros. & let the night take its course. It was a family. Lots of ups, lots of downs. Heartbreaks along the way as well, for myself & my friends. Fights, settlements, reunions, anything you could think of in a group of friends that you yourself would consider your family outside of your family. Nothing was ever perfect, but it was memorable nonetheless.
Now, what do those nights, have to do with this mixtape? The vibes. The music is much different than what you've probably heard from me before. I've put the past 5 years of my life or so, into this project. It's to show just how far me & my peoples have come, & it's meant for you to find something to relate to, dance to, smoke to, be inspired from. Why should you even bother listening to Tuesday Nights? Well to be honest, you don't have to. I've never forced my music into anyone's faces. I've just tried to make the best music I could possibly make, & let whoever decides to follow, to listen. That was always my goal. To be the best at my craft while supplying dope music for the masses. This new tape, I'm very proud of, very excited for you all to hear, & very excited to see where it takes me. The theme for Tuesday Nights is to just enjoy yourself, however, know yourself. Know who you are, know who you're with. There will always be ups & downs, but roll up a blunt, turn that music on, & let the night take you away... Especially if it's a Tuesday.
